Tuesday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Thursday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

 

Our curriculum consists of:

1. Basic karate skills (stances, blocks, punches, kicks).

2. Personal safety tips. 

3. Coordination drills for children from 7 years old.

Students will develop large motor skills, as well as build self-esteem and other positive behavioral traits.
